The MRX512M is a premium utility/monitor speaker. The MRX512M uses a JBL 262H 305 mm (12 in) Differential Drive woofer and a 2408H 37.5 mm (1.5 in) annular polymer diaphragm, neodymium compression driver for 400 watts (continuous) power capacity. A 70-degree x 70-degree horn provides smooth, even coverage whether used in the vertical (mains) or horizontal (monitor) orientation. NL4 connectors are provided on both ends of the speaker to keep cable runs tidy on stage when used in the monitor application and for easy access when used on tripods. A passive network provides accurate reproduction throughout the cross-over region. For use on a tripod or over a subwoofer, JBL's dual angle pole mount is included. This feature allows the speaker to be mounted in a vertical position or with a 10-degree down tilt for optimum audience coverage. The enclosure is constructed of quality plywood and coated in JBL's rugged DuraFlex finish. The attractive CNC-machined, 16-gauge steel grille wraps around the sides of the enclosure. The grilles are internally lined with an acoustically transparent screen to provide additional driver protection and give a very professional appearance.

The MRX518S is a compact, high power subwoofer system containing a 2044G 457 mm (18 in.) woofer in a front-loaded, vented enclosure. The enclosure is designed to present a minimum frontal area. The system offers complete input connection flexibility for compatibility with a variety of cabling schemes. The input panel incorporates a pair of Neutrik Speakon NL-4 connectors wired in parallel. The MRX518S is supplied with pins +1/-1 connected to the woofer. This may be easily reconfigured to work with cabling systems intended to drive subwoofers on pins +2/-2. For "Subwoofer/Satellite" configurations, the MRX518S is equipped with a top-mounted, 35 mm pole mount socket that can receive the optional SS3-BK pole. This can be used to mount speakers equipped with standard 35 mm pole sockets and weighing up to 50 kg (100 lbs). The enclosure is constructed of top quality plywood, coated in JBL's rugged DuraFlex finish and is braced to maximize low-frequency performance. The JBL PRX512M is a 12" 2-way stage monitor or front-of-house self-powered speaker system with both a 400W low-frequency and a 100W high-frequency Crown Class D amplifier. It has a DSP-controlled input section with selectable EQ.
The cabinet holds a 12" differential drive woofer and a 1.5" annular polymer diaphragm compression driver. It is a DuraFlex-covered 16/18mm plywood enclosure, with a steel foam backed grille, dual 35mm pole sockets, nonskid rubber feet. Weighs only 40 lbs.!
