Boynton Pro Audio Return Policy:
All sales from Boynton Pro Audio are final. If your product is defective or damaged, you may return it for a replacement unit. If a replacement unit is not available, you have three options: receive in-house credit, exchange for another product in-stock, or a refund. All products have a 10-day return policy from the date of sale.
Making A Return:
Call your Boynton Pro Audio Sales Specialist to arrange for an RA number (Return Authorization) that you should write on the shipping label when you return your item.
While we maintain a very liberal return policy, there are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include:
- Special orders
- Over-size or over-weight items
- Personal items (earphones, instrument mouthpieces, etc.)

International Orders Please read this before ordering!
International Orders must be paid by Bank Draft drawn on US Funds. We also accept Bank Wire Transfers to our Account. Contact us for Wire Transfer information which must be presented to your bank. We will ship your order upon receipt of above mentioned payment methods. We are unable to accept credit cards at this time due to the fact that Overseas Banks have refused to reveal necessary information to verify the cardholder and billing address. This information is necessary to insure us against credit card fraud. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may vary in price and be charged accordingly by location. Orders outside the United States are available only by phone or email. Shipping Fees outside the United States will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination zone from the UPS/Fed Ex reference table.
